Candice fell in love with pole fitness in 2010. Each class allowed her to discover her unexplored physical strength, embrace her inner daredevil, and defy gravity in ways she never thought possible. Candice is a true pole fitness ambassador, encouraging women of all ages, shapes and sizes to give this addictive form of exercise a try.
Candice earned her pole fitness certification through PoleMoves (Sanctoned by the Pole Fitness Association) and is trained in First Aid/CPR/AED.
