We are a circus community that welcomes everyone. Please be kind and respectful towards your fellow students and instructors.

This list is our general policies and etiquette. For our COVID-19 Pandemic-specific policies and procedures, please click here.


No students teaching other students or learning from the internet. If you see a move you would like to learn, either from another student or online, ask your instructor.


No lotions, jewelry, or zippers on any aerial apparatus.


Guests who appear to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate and payment will be forfeited. 


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.


Circus arts classes can be physically intense. Please consult your physician before participating if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, bone weakness, pregnancy, a heart disorder, or any other physical condition that may impair your ability to perform physical activity. 


Students must inform the studio via our scheduling email ( 24 hours prior to missing a class in order to be eligible for a make up class. Make up classes must be scheduled with 24 hours advanced notice and be completed by the end of the session. Two make up classes are allowed per session.  

Students must register for drop-in classes 24 hours ahead of time.  Drop-in and session classes with less than 2 students signed up 24 hours ahead of time will be cancelled. 


Students arriving more than 10 minutes late to class will not be allowed to participate.


Appropriate clothing and undergarments are required at all times.


Instructor permission is required for any non-intro level class.


ICCA is fully insured through the International Special Events and Recreation Association (ISERA), which is powered by Evolution Insurance Brokers, LC.
