Come celebrate your special event at Iron City Circus Arts! We offer both aerial and pole parties for all kinds of occasions: bachelorette parties, birthday parties, company team building, or just a girl's night out.
Rates
60 Minute Aerial or Pole Party
$300 for 5-10 guests
$30 per person over 10
90 Minute Aerial or Pole Party
$400 for 5-10 guests
$40 per person over 10
90 Minute Aerial & Pole Combo Party
$450 for 5-10 guests
$40 per person over 10
Description & Policies
The time frame above is for aerial or pole instruction. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your start time to find parking (parking is on street only), sign our waiver, and get situated in our space. Parties are welcome to use the studio for an additional 30 minutes after their party's instruction for cake/presents/etc.
Kids' circus parties are meant for ages 7 and up.
For safety and insurance, we have a strict no alcohol policy for all private parties.
Booking Information
New 2026 Policy: Payment in full ($300, $400, or $450) is required at the time of booking. Additional balance charged or partial refund may occur on the day of your party based on the number of guests participating.
Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 4 weeks prior to party date and receive a full refund
Cancel between 2 days and 4 weeks prior to party date: $100 cancellation fee (the rest is refunded)
Cancel within 48 hours of your party date: no refund
Private Lessons
We offer private lessons in all of our aerial, pole, and ground disciplines.
New 2026 Policy: all private lessons must pay in full at the time of booking.
Rates
$85 for a 60-minute lesson for 1 to 2 people
$40 per person for lessons with 3 to 7 people
Cancellation policy
Cancel 48+ hours in advance: the credit will remain on your account for future use.
Cancel less than 48 hours in advance: $50 cancellation fee (the rest is refunded)
Privates that no-show without notice will be charged the full amount.
