After two seasons of sold-out circus productions of
“The Nutcracker” Iron City Circus Arts is venturing
deeper into the world of creation, with a bold and
original new show: Black Coffee.
Week after week is the same for Eve, and the only thing that gets her through her 9-5 desk job is black coffee. One Friday evening, she and her coworkers go out for a drink, and Eve is riveted by the evening’s performances. She can’t help but imagine, what would it be like to take her performance to the stage, rather than be tethered to a desk?
Back at work on Monday, Eve is pulled into meeting after meeting, and suddenly she sees what her future at the company could be. Does she really want this? Practicality says stay, but this new dream may be stronger than even black coffee.
Note: The show is appropriate for audiences 18+.
